like Philemon Yang, here are all the sacked ministers!
Several ministers lost their portfolio due to the redevelopment of the government team
The most famous of all is probably Philemon Yang. Appointed Prime Minister on June 30, 2009, the former Cameroonian Ambassador to Canada remained in office for 10 years. He survived four redevelopments. His inability to find solutions to the Anglophone crisis in the northwest (his region of origin) and in the South-West, as well as the failure of Cameroon’s withdrawal from CAN 2019, seem to have because of a rather effaced man.
The other cacique to have been dismissed is Amadou Ali. This native of the department of Mayo-Sava (Far-North) was until Friday, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Relations with the Assemblies. The one who was formerly Minister of Justice, leaves the government after three decades of rank.
Here are all the ministers who leave the government:
Philemon Yang (Prime Minister)
Amadou Ali (Minister in charge of Relations with the Assemblies)
Jean Pierre Fogui (Minister Delegate to the Minister of Justice)
Abba Sadou (Minister delegate to the Presidency, in charge of Public Procurement)
Ernest Ngwaboubou (Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development)
